The first Mario Creator BETA is being released today. I'm making a post (actually, an entire forum) on it in a few minutes. I just need to take a few screenshots and upload it and take it down from yoyogames and such.

oh can someone explain to me what it is? Who made it? How long did it take? Which language? Was it hard to make? How many people worked on it? Did you do it for fun? etc etc. you get the idea

The idea was mine. The creator is the other (now absent) admin, Luke Escude. It was made in Game Maker. Only he has worked on it. Others have tested for bugs. Difficulty: *****

So you know I'm back on!
With every update... I try to run the updater built in to the game but it seems corrupt... and then I try the outside program... and it says the .exe isn't working. Something to think about.
