Staff suggestion

Although the site is not booming yet, 30 members can still be a handful. I suggest you create a group labeled "staff." Staff's power can either range from mild moderation to creating stickies. Or they can simply only have access to one part of the forums where they can secretly discuss multiple problems or so. They can also help you tremendelously with posts.
I say this because I have the same group in my site, and it does help out more than you know.

Oh, and you should probably change the title limit.

What do you suggest the title limit be?

Also, there's two admins. Luke and I. And there is an administrative board, you just can't see it.

I will be making more staff though. :]

Ugh, probaly 4 or 3. Some titles dont need much characters to make perfect sense. So I'd go with 3
