Well I have greated a site. But i want to make it to where people can register and log into the site. Unfortunatly I dont know how to. Can anyone help?

Use HTML, of course, to make the forms (Username/Password fields, submit buton, etc)... Then you need PHP to access the data in those forms and send them to your server.
Look up PHP Login or somthing like that.
