or just make a new forum after deleting this one. it's a lot faster.

make the forum more appealing. get rid of the dark background, make it easy on the eye. make it fun. don't get disorganized with categories (i.e. don't make users scroll down so much to get to the last section)

also there are a few really nice features that you can take charge of.

i.e. rank system depending on posts
warning system
reputation/points system
make the theme more modern but not too many graphics or else the forum will be slow (too much load time with fancy images such as your background).
oh and put the damn chatbox at the top.why would you put it at the bottom where no one can see it?

oh and one thing that i took advantage of is letting guests post on the forum. many people look away from forums because they need to register before they post.

You have no idea how much I would appreciate it if you stopped telling me how to run my forums. This place used to be extremely active. It only died because one admin had some trouble and mid-terms began AND it was winter break PLUS one of our moderators died!

And I'm in an extremely bad mood right now.

Why would I put the chat box at the bottom? Because I fucking feel like it!
It's my damn forum and I'll put things where I please. Why the bottom? Because I feel that this is a forum not a chatroom. People have AIM for that.

Why won't I let guests post? SPAM.

I do have a rank system.
I do have reputation points.
I do have a warn system for the moderation.

I will not go "easy" on the rules. I set very simple rules. If you can't follow those then you must be brain dead. And I've noticed that you've had some difficulty following them.
